Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Pure Reflections mobile application and related services operated by Kuhn GmbH (the “Service Provider”).

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 3 September 2026.

What information does the Application obtain?

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.

If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as part of ordinary network connectivity. Kuhn does not retain this information or use it for tracking.

Precise location information

Pure Reflections does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.

Do third parties receive information?

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, Kuhn does not share such information with third parties.

Data Retention

Pure Reflections does not require user accounts, does not create server-side user profiles, and does not maintain a server-side history of ordinary in-app activity.

Reflection entries, titles, routines, observations, mood selections, attached photos, category tags, favorites, streak/progress history, affirmation-related state, exported text content, settings, and local history stored on your device remain under your control and are not retained by Kuhn as personal data on its servers.

Data Deletion

Where Pure Reflections stores reflections, notes, routines, moods, attached photos, tags, favorites, progress/streak history, settings, or similar information locally on your device, you can remove that information using controls available in the Application, by clearing the Application’s local storage through your device settings, or by uninstalling the Application.

If you voluntarily provided personal information to Kuhn outside normal app use, you may request deletion by contacting support@kuhngmbh.store.

Photos stay on your device

Pure Reflections does not perform facial recognition, remote image analysis, or cloud-based photo processing as part of normal use. Attached photos remain part of the Application’s local data on your device unless you choose to export or otherwise handle them outside the Application.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 3 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by applicable law. Kuhn does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.

Security

Because Pure Reflections does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure of such data through Kuhn systems is limited. No technical system is completely secure.

Data Breach Notification

If a security incident affects personal information that you voluntarily provided to Kuhn, appropriate steps and notifications will be provided where required by applicable law.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Kuhn may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated version with a revised effective date.

Previous versions may be requested by contacting Kuhn.

Your Consent

If you voluntarily provide information to Kuhn and processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
